Smart IO Relay Card
The Smart IO Card provides 8 digital inputs, 8 user-programmable relays, and an additional communication status relay. It is typically used as an interface between third-party systems and a network incorporating a Tension Sensor Wire Node1 Network Controller, Druid 25LCD, or Druid 28LCD energizer, while also offering flexible general-purpose input/output functionality. The Smart IO Card can also be configured to control a Druid Network IO Card 8+1
Features:
- 8 digital inputs
- 8 plus 1 programmable relay outputs (8 user relays + 1 valid comms relay)
- Robust surge protection is included on all inputs and outputs
- Each relay can be individually configured as either an independent dry contact or a common-ground wet contact with a nominal 12V output
- Each relay has a very useful LED indicator to show if the relay is energized
- 3 communications debug LED indicators for TX, RX and VALID COMMAND
- 1 power-on LED indicator
- In addition to the input states, the IO card also reports back temperature and supply voltage level
- Removable connectors to ease replacement
- Designed to mount into a Nemtek battery-backed power pack
